1. NO PAYMENT = NO POSTAGE

2. ALL items will be posted out within 1-2 weeks upon confirmation depending on availability, please understand that all items are handmade and will require time.

3. Cancellation of orders after payment will be subjected to a 40% administrative fees from the TOTAL amount which will be deducted from the refund.

4. In cases where there are customers whom are interested in the same pieces of accessories which are in limited quantities, we will sell in a first come first serve basis.

5. Upon ordering and confirmation, payment must be made within 3 days. If customers are unable to make the payment withing 3 days and have given notification during the 3 days, they will be given another 3 days of grace. Else, selected item will be sold to the next interested customer.

6. All items recieved are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. We will not be responsible for any colour/quality defects, as each individual's computer resolution varies. Pictures are for illustration purposes only.

8. Normal/ Registered postage only.

9. There will strictly be no meet-ups.

10. We will not be responsible for any lost mails.
